Mosque Near 9/11 Site?

From the NY Daily News this morning: 1,000 protest planned Islamic center, mosque near Ground Zero

Follow the logic:
1) Islamic terrorists were responsible for 9/11. TRUE
2) All Muslims are therefore bad. FALSE
3) Therefore, a nearby mosque is an affront to those who died at the site including those Muslim Americans who were killed in the attack. FALSE

Using this logic, the churches adjacent to the Oklahoma City site are an affront to those who died. Using this logic because Christian Jim Jones was affiliated with the Disciples of Christ, and he led people to their death in Guyana, my own Disciple church is an affront to those who died at Jonestown.

Friends, bigotry is bigotry.
